Proxy Support India provides paid support services for technology professionals, which may include:

- Workplace onboarding and day-to-day technical support
- Other customised IT career or technical-support services agreed with the customer
The exact service scope, duration, schedule, deliverables and price may vary by customer and will be explained before payment or confirmed through written communication.
2. We Do Not Sell or Guarantee Employment
Proxy Support India is not an employer and does not sell jobs or vacancies.
Service fees are charged only for the specific support service, engagement, session, project or support period agreed with the customer.
Fees are not payments in exchange for:
- Employment
- A vacancy
- An interview call
- A recruiter response
- Interview selection
- A job offer
- A promotion
- A particular salary
- Any other employment outcome
Employment and hiring decisions are controlled solely by independent employers, recruiters and hiring organisations.
We do not guarantee:
- Interview invitations
- Interview performance
- Interview selection
- Recruiter responses
- Employment
- Job offers
- Salary levels
- Salary increases
- Promotions
- Continued employment
- Any specific career result
Results depend on factors outside our control, including the customer’s skills, experience, preparation, conduct, market conditions and employer decisions.
3. Service Scope and Confirmation
Before payment, customers should review and confirm:
- The requested service
- The expected scope
- The delivery method
- The duration or support period
- Applicable availability
- The service fee
- Any important exclusions or limitations
The final agreed scope may be recorded through:
- Website form
- Invoice
- Payment request
- Written proposal
- Other written communication
Services not expressly included in the confirmed scope may require a separate quotation or additional payment.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Describe your requirements honestly
- Attend scheduled sessions on time

- Use the service lawfully and responsibly

- Pay agreed fees on time
- Treat team members professionally and respectfully
You remain responsible for all applications, statements, interviews, assessments, professional decisions and work submitted in your name.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services to:
- Impersonate another person
- Ask another person to impersonate you
- Submit false qualifications, experience or documents
- Fabricate employers, projects, references or achievements
- Gain unauthorised access to an employer or third-party system
- Share stolen, confidential or unlawfully obtained information
- Circumvent assessment, identity-verification or security controls
- Request covert participation that violates an employer’s or platform’s rules
- Commit fraud, deception or misrepresentation
- Violate intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or employment obligations
- Harass, threaten or abuse any person
- Conduct unlawful or harmful activity
We may refuse, suspend or terminate service where we reasonably believe the requested activity is unlawful, deceptive, unauthorised or inconsistent with these Terms.
6. Accuracy of Professional Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information presented in their:
- Resume
- CV
- Professional profile
- Job application
- Portfolio
- Interview
- Assessment
- Employer communication
is accurate, truthful and supportable.
We may help improve structure, clarity, presentation and relevance, but we do not authorise false claims or fabricated professional experience.
7. Fees and Payments
Applicable fees will normally be communicated before payment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is required before service scheduling or commencement
- Fees apply only to the agreed support service
- Payment does not purchase or guarantee an employment outcome
- Third-party payment charges, exchange-rate differences or banking fees may be borne by the customer
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment
A payment is considered accepted when it has been received and confirmed through the applicable payment channel.
8. Service Commencement and Resource Allocation
A service may be treated as commenced when any of the following occurs:
- A session is scheduled or reserved
- A team member is assigned
- Documents are reviewed
- Research or preparation begins
- A profile, plan, response or deliverable is prepared
- Technical work begins
- Interview or project requirements are analysed
- Support time is reserved
- Access to a support channel is provided
- Any agreed portion of the service is delivered
Because services require advance review, scheduling, specialist allocation and preparation, payments are generally non-refundable after acceptance or service commencement, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
9. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Scheduling is subject to:
- Team availability
- Time-zone coordination
- Reasonable advance notice
- Receipt of the required information
- Payment confirmation
- The agreed service scope
A rescheduling request should be submitted as early as reasonably possible.
Approval of rescheduling is not guaranteed where:
- Work has already begun
- A specialist has reserved time
- The request is made at the last minute
- The customer fails to attend
- Repeated schedule changes affect delivery
- The requested new time is unavailable
Where practical, we may offer a rescheduled session or service credit at our discretion.
10. Missed Sessions and Customer Delays
A scheduled session may be treated as delivered where the customer:
- Does not attend
- Is materially late
- Is unavailable
- Does not provide required information
- Stops responding
- Cannot participate due to their own technical issue
- Cancels without reasonable notice
Customer delays do not automatically extend the agreed service period.
Any extension, replacement session or credit is subject to availability and written approval.
11. Service Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed service professionally and within the communicated timeframe.
Delivery timelines may change because of:
- Delayed customer information
- Scope changes
- Technical failures
- Specialist availability
- Third-party outages
- Emergencies
- Events outside reasonable control
Where a material delay occurs, we will attempt to communicate an updated delivery plan.
12. No Professional Outcome Warranty
We provide support, guidance, technical assistance and service deliverables based on the information available at the time.
We do not warrant that:
- Any employer will accept a profile
- Any recruiter will respond
- Any interview will be scheduled
- Any interview will be passed
- Any offer will be made
- Any salary will be achieved
- Any employer will retain or promote the customer
- Any particular project result will occur
- Any third-party platform will accept or approve an application
Statements regarding market opportunities, salary ranges, demand or career paths are informational and not guaranteed outcomes.
13. Salary and Market Information
Any salary figure, compensation range or market trend displayed on the website is an indicative informational benchmark.

The customer retains ownership of original documents and materials supplied by the customer.
Proxy Support India retains ownership of its original:
- Templates
- Frameworks
- Processes
- Training material
- Service methods
- Website content
- Internal tools
- Reusable technical material
Unless otherwise agreed, customer-specific deliverables may be used by the customer for their personal professional purposes.
They may not be resold, publicly redistributed, copied for commercial use or represented as a separate commercial product without written permission.
17. Suspension or Termination
We may refuse, suspend or terminate a service where:
- Payment is incomplete
- The customer materially breaches these Terms
- The customer requests unlawful or deceptive activity
- The customer abuses or threatens team members
- Required information is repeatedly withheld
- Continuing the engagement creates legal, security or ethical concerns
Where termination results from customer misconduct or a material breach, completed work and committed resources will remain chargeable and may not be refundable.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Proxy Support India will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from:
- Employer or recruiter decisions
- Loss of an interview or employment opportunity
- Salary expectations
- Third-party platform actions
- Customer-provided information
- Customer misconduct
- Internet or device failure
- Unauthorised use of customer accounts
- Events outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
